The problem with no credit is that banks and other lenders have no prerequisite to go by in order to identify whether you're a good risk to lend to or not. No credit history means no proof of your level of responsibility with money.

What you're looking for is a Credit Builder Account. A portfolio building guarantee! The way this works is that it is specifically designed to help you build your credit where other, well-known methods, have failed.

How does it work? The first step is to sign up. This is momentously important! Your name, address and phone number allows the Credit Builder Account to identify you from other John Smiths and Jane Does. What you want from this is to gain healthy credit history. Meaning, a history of on time payments.

Once you've signed up, you choose a payment term and a monthly dollar amount that fits into your budget. I love a little customization, don’t you? Once these steps are initiated, every month your payments are reported to all three credit bureaus. This is the second most important piece. When a business or individual runs your credit, they do not always pull a report from all three credit bureaus sometimes they only go to one. This is why the Credit Builder Account must post to all three. Because it would be unfortunate to have your credit pulled from the one bureau this did not report to, wouldn't it?

Once the term has concluded and you've paid off your Credit Builder Account, you get the money back! click the picture below to get yourself going.
